Manu Integrity Services

Training

We believe in continuous improve for all our staff

Training Offered

Manu Integrity Services Ltd (MIS) is an organisation that believes in providing its carers and nurses with regular training and development opportunities. We aim to create access for all carers and nurses that work with us to complete all their mandatory training before being allocated work as required by the different regulatory bodies that govern our industry. All care staff receive ‘appropriate training’ and undergo a full induction before beginning work. In keeping with regulations all new care staff will be clearly briefed on the objectives of the care organisation for which they will be working and on the services it provides.

Induction will cover information on policies and procedures, with attention being paid to health and safety requirements, actions in the event of an emergency and various reporting requirements. Additionally the induction will also give information on the needs and legal rights of people who receive care from the organisation. All our carers are required to complete statutory modules of training as part of an induction programme – such as Moving and Handling, Safeguarding and Food Hygiene. These courses give workers in the sector useful core skills as well as meet the minimum standard.
